Overview
The Research cell of Manaswini College of Nursing has formed the ‘Student Research Club’, a forum exclusively for undergraduate students of the College. The vision of this club is to inculcate research-based activities and create an unlimited platform for developing new ideas and thoughts in the areas of nursing research among students.
AIM:
The student research club is aimed at motivating undergraduate students to undertake and contribute to research to health care.

OBJECTIVES:
- To motivate students to involve in research activities
- To guide students in research projects
- To encourage students to use the library e-resources
- To improve the quality of research
- To encourage students to participate in workshops & conferences and present papers
- To publish research results in peer-reviewed/h-index journals
- To develop expert nurse researchers, clinicians, and teams
- To organize research-related conferences, workshops, seminars, and competitions
FUNCTIONS
- Conduct orientation & development programs related to research for students as and when required
- Committee meeting with members to make strategies for improving research activities
- Implement the strategies planned to improve the student research activities in the institution
- Collect feedback from students about research and development activities
- Arrange guest lectures to improve researcher skills
